ACEC New York Scholarship Program
Scholarship Sponsored by American Council of Engineering Companies
The American Council of Engineering Companies of New York (ACEC New York) will award a number of scholarships to undergraduate students intending to become consulting engineers.
At least 20 scholarships will be awarded, ranging from $2,500 to $5,000, with two top scholarships of $10,000. Scholarships will be issued via ACH and are designed to be used during the student’s final year of undergraduate study at one of the approved engineering schools in New York State. Only students who will have completed their third year of study (for 4-year programs) or fourth year of study (for 5-year programs) by May/June 2026 are eligible to receive the scholarship.
The applicant's major must be in a field of engineering/surveying:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Structural Engineering
- Civil Engineering
- Environmental Engineering
- Chemical Engineering
- Engineering Technology
- Surveying
- Ceramics Engineering
Applicants are only eligible to receive an ACEC New York scholarship once. Applicant must be a U.S. citizen or a U.S. resident and intend to remain in New York State post-graduation and being his/her career in the state.
