Student Excellence Equals Degree (SEED) Scholarship

To help remove that barrier, the Student Excellence Equals Degree (SEED) Scholarship was launched in 2005 to provide tuition-free college for eligible students. In 2021 the program was broadened (often called SEED+) so Delaware residents of any age can pursue an academic degree or a workforce training certificate at Delaware Technical Community College (Delaware Tech).
