Adirondack Branch Memorial Scholarship
Scholarship Sponsored by American Association of University Women Inc
In addition to supporting the national AAUW Educational Funds, the branch provides its own Adirondack Branch Memorial Scholarships. Through the years, contributions to the fund have been received to honor the memory of various members who have passed away. The Branch awarded a $1500 scholarship to each of two recipients for the 2024-25 academic year.
Besides offering a scholarship for study at any level of college, we have established a separate scholarship for a SUNY Adirondack student.
The selection committee meets during March, so all components of your application must be received by us no later than March 1, 2025. Notification takes place around May 1, and the scholarship recipient(s) will be honored at a branch event.
