Overview
Each year the North Dakota Farmers Union provides scholarships of no less than $500 to students who are planning to enroll, or are currently enrolled, as undergraduates at a post-secondary institution. The program is open to a wide range of majors — studies need not be limited to agribusiness, farm management, or production agriculture, but should have a connection to or provide benefits for rural America.
Who may apply
- High school seniors and college undergraduate students are eligible.
- Applicants must hold Farmers Union membership (annual family membership fee: $30).
- Applicants must have maintained a minimum GPA of 2.50 across the most recent three years of schooling.
Application submission
All pages of the completed scholarship application must be mailed and received by January 31 at the following address:
